At GuanYuMiner, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our mining equipment. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty terms and conditions for products purchased from GuanYuMiner.


1. Warranty Period

All GuanYuMiner ASIC mining products are covered by a 12‑month warranty starting from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise.


2. What is Covered

The warranty applies to:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Hardware failures that occur within the warranty period.


3. What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Damage caused by overclocking, improper voltage, or electrical surges.

  • Damage caused by water, humidity, dust, or other environmental factors beyond the stated operating conditions.

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable components (e.g., fans, cables).

  • Products modified or altered by the user.


4. Warranty Claim Process

If your product develops a defect within the warranty period:

  2. Receive RMA Instructions
    If your claim is valid, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.

  3. Return the Product
    Send the item to the specified service center. You are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  4. Repair or Replacement
    We will inspect and repair the item. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an equivalent or upgraded unit.


5. Exclusions

GuanYuMiner is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use, misuse, or malfunction of its products. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.


6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GuanYuMiner be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of its products. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
