🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from our warehouses located in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary by destination:

  • International: 5–15 business days

  • Regional (Asia): 3–7 business days

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
A: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that apply to their shipment.

🚫 No Personal Pickup Policy

At GuanYuMiner, the safety of our customers, team, and logistics operations is a top priority. For this reason, we do not offer or accept personal pickup for any orders under any circumstances.

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our secured warehouses located in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan using trusted logistics partners.

Why No Personal Pickup?

  • 🔒 Security Measures: To ensure the safety of inventory, staff, and customer data, on-site visits or pickups are not permitted.

  • 📦 Streamlined Fulfillment: All orders follow strict packaging, tracking, and dispatch protocols designed for safe international delivery.

  • Insurance & Tracking: Shipping provides end-to-end tracking and coverage, which is not applicable to in-person handoffs.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: All GuanYuMiner ASIC units come with a 12‑month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects. For more information, review our Warranty Policy.

Q: What is not covered under warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, overclocking, water or humidity, dust, or unauthorized repairs. See the Warranty Policy for complete details.
