At GuanYuMiner, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the specialized nature of cryptocurrency mining equipment, please review our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of ASIC miners and related products are considered final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is dead on arrival (DOA).

  • The product has major manufacturing defects not caused by shipping or misuse.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide evidence (photo/video) of the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Used or modified equipment

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect

  • Issues caused by power surges or non-compliant power usage

4. Warranty & Replacement

If your item is defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will assist with the repair or replacement process as outlined in our Warranty Policy.

5. Return Process

If you are eligible for a return:

  • Provide your order number, issue description, and proof of the defect

  • If approved, you will receive return instructions and must ship the product in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item.
