Ships from Mainland China, Hong Kong & Taiwan – Fast global delivery

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times:

International shipments: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Regional shipments (Asia): 3–7 business days.

Shipping Methods:
We work with trusted carriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and regional logistics providers. All shipments are fully insured and trackable.

Import Duties and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in their country.

🚫 No Personal Pickup Policy

At GuanYuMiner, the safety of our customers, team, and logistics operations is a top priority. For this reason, we do not offer or accept personal pickup for any orders under any circumstances.

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our secured warehouses located in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan using trusted logistics partners.

Why No Personal Pickup?

🔄 Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your GuanYuMiner purchase. If you experience any issues, review our return and refund terms:

Return Period:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns:
Products must be:

In original condition and packaging.
Not used or damaged.

Return Process:

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
Upon review, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Ship the item(s) to the address we provide.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Exclusions:
We do not accept returns for:
